Communication

Communication is the key to a happy MyKitPlace so be sure to respond quickly to enquiries from renters or owners. You can do so easily via the messaging system within MyKitPlace.com. Messages show up in you ‘Inbox’ so be sure to check it regularly. You will also be notified by email (to the address linked to your account) when you have a message.

You should always contact the other party in the first instance if any plans change or if you need to make any amendments to your booking.

If you need to know specifics about the kit you want to hire or you need advice on how to get the best out of it in your circumstances – who better to ask than the owner? Feel free to ask, and be prepared to answer, questions about your kit or about the job you wish to use it on. Better communication leads to stronger networks and clearer understanding about who is using your kit and for what. This will help you build better packages and help renters find what they need more easily. It’s all good.

During a meeting for pick-up or drop-off be sure to keep in touch and notify the other party if you are running late or experiencing a problem. As part of the booking and confirmation process each party with be provided with the contact number of the other.
