Adding a contact telephone number to your user profile does not display on your public profile on MyKitPlace. However, it is vitally important you add one in order to help the MyKitPlace admins reach you should there be any specific questions or problems with a booking or your account.
We request that every member provide a contact telephone number. We will only use it to contact you in relation to a booking – whether it’s your listing or whether you are wishing to hire an item from another member.
Adding your phone number also allows you to receive text alerts when you receive or make a booking request. Don’t miss out on a booking because you missed an email – add your mobile phone number and always be on top of your account.
