Providing faulty or damaged equipment

If you provide equipment that does not work as described and it results in the renter being unable to take the equipment away, you will be charged the full rate of the replacement kit sourced by MyKitPlace.com. You will also receive a bad review from the renter. Therefore, please check that your equipment is in working order before renting it out. Be open and honest about the condition of your kit and the wear and tear on it, for example, if it has temperamental in/out connections or unresponsive buttons etc.
